The Lower Elwha Klallam Tribe Veterans/American Legion Elwha Post #121 meets the 3rd Thursday of each month 7 p.m. at the Elwha Veterans Center 247 NS’Klallam Drive Port Angeles, 98363

The Veterans participate in the monthly Bell Ringing at the Liberty Bell on Lincoln Street the last Friday of the month at 1 p.m. to Honor Veterans who passed away the month before.

JAIAC (Joint American Indian Advisory Council) meets quarterly in November, February, May and August. This meeting’s topics include current issues, funding and VA. Tribes from all over Washington come together at this meeting.

Because of the Privacy Act 1974, the Tribe is prohibited from releasing the last known address of former members without their written consent. However, the Veterans Representatives will assist your search by forwarding your letter to the service member’s last known address.
