ʔə́y̕skʷáči !  In addition to Community and Department Event notification, The Community Calendar will also be used for tribal facility reservation. Tribal facilities are open to the Lower Elwha Tribal Community for use. To notify the Lower Elwha community of your event or to reserve a space for an event please contact:

There is a $100.00 deposit for personal facility reservation. This deposit will be returned to you in a timely manner after verification of completion of the cleaning checklist you are given upon signing of your LEKT facility rental agreement. For LEKT Gym reservations the person responsible must schedule a walk-through no later than a week prior to their reservation date and time with LEKT recreation staff to go over expectations in care.

The facilities available to reserve on the community calendar are:

  • Tribal Center Dining Hall and Kitchen, 2851 Lower Elwha Rd.
  • ( Weekdays- 5:00pm-9:00pm, Weekends- Holidays- 8:00am-9:00pm )
  • Tribal Center Gymnasium, 2851 Lower Elwha Rd.
  • ( Saturday, 6:30pm-9:00pm, Sundays and Holidays, 8:00am-9:00pm )
  • Gathering Place / Veteran’s Center, 247 NS’Klallam Dr.
  • ( Monday-Sunday, 8:00am-9:00pm )
  • Billy Whiteshoes Softball Field
  • Monday-Sunday – Dawn to Dusk
