Dear Tribal Members, The Lower Elwha Klallam Tribe’s Business Committee is undertaking an important initiative to update our strategic plan for the next five years. Blue Stone Strategy Partners has been retained to assist in developing a five-year Comprehensive Strategic Plan. It is important to have the voice of our Tribal Members heard during the process of developing the plan.
