LEKT Members who wish to establish a fireworks stand at the Elwha Enterprises Site (Lower Elwha Food & Fuel Campus) must complete an application. Josh Lampman will assign a designated space for approved vendors. If a tribal member needs assistance completing an application please contact Nancy Hamilton at (360) 452-8471 ext. 2960. Paper applications can also be picked up at the front desk of the Tribal Center.

- June 21st thru June 27th: 8am to 11pm
- June 28th thru July 4th: 6am to12am Midnight

Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant/vendor must be an enrolled member of the LEKT Tribe who is twenty-one (21) years or older as of June 21, 2024
- The applicant/vendor must have use of one of the following:

- A shipping container or utility trailer to be used as a firework retail space. The applicant/vendor is responsible for transportation of their container to and from the Elwha Enterprises Inc. approved site. The shipping container must be sized within 30ft x 8.5ft; with no exceptions; or

- A pop-up canopy tent to be used as a firework retail space that meets the following specifications:

- Has 3 sidewalls
- Size 10 ft. x 15 ft., no exceptions
- White in color
- Is clean, intact (no large obvious rips, holes or broken poles), and remain in working condition for the firework

- The applicant/vendor must have the ability to pay in full the required fee and deposit, due by June 27, 2024 by 12pm. The fee is subject to increase to offset on-site

- A refundable damage deposit of $200.00 must be paid in cash
- A non-refundable $300.00 fee must be paid in cash to cover on-site expenses
