Who is eligible to utilize this privilege?
All forms of eligible ID must have a current, updated address on them. Please contact Enrollment to update ID cards, if needed.
LEKT Enrolled Tribal members, who must bring a current Tribal Enrollment ID Card or a current Hunting/Fishing ID
LEKT current spouses, who must bring a current LEKT spousal Card
There are RULES:

Refrigerators (must take doors off), Stoves, Washers, Dryers, & Tires are OK

NO BOATS, TRAILERS, or MOTORS of any kind! Dump trucks are not allowed to utilize this service either.
- CURRENT RESIDENTIAL GARBAGE ONLY–
- NO COMMERCIAL DUMPING
- NOBODY HIRED TO CLEAN A YARD MAY UTILIZE THESE FUNDS
- NO DUMPING OF NON-TRIBAL GARBAGE
- UNINHABITED PROPERTY MAY NOT BE CLEARED/CLEANED UTILIZING THESE FUNDS
If an individual chooses not to follow these rules, the city dump facility will be notified that this person is NOT allowed to utilize LEKT dump funds in the future.
