Dear Lower Elwha Klallam Tribal families,
This 2020-2021 school year will look very different compared to previous school years. Our school supply giveaway is also different this year due to COVID-19. We will be making porch deliveries to families who need school supplies. Please select below whether you would like school supplies, a backpack, or both for each child in your household. Please only select a backpack if you need one. We are also offering reusable masks for every family included with school supplies.
We’d like to get some basic information from you about your child(ren) so we can offer you the school supplies you need. Please download and fill out this form and return in the safest way you can.
